Pioneers from Pärson Sound, International Harvester. For their second album released 1969, they dropped “International” from the name, because they didn’t want to be mixed up with the American company with the same name…The title “Hemåt” (Homeward) is thriving at the groups longing for the countryside and digging for the roots of their musical origin. Here they’ve picked up some old Swedish folktunes and turned them into heavy rock. They had moved out into the green, cultivating the earth, starting a vegetarian restaurant in Stockholm….
